RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for shopping at HANNA KAY BOUTIQUE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of your order being fulfilled.

Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

1. Contact our customer support team by using the LET'S CHAT button, to request a return.  

Return Shipping: 

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product). 

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. 

Refunds: 

• Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

• Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. 

Damaged or Defective items:  

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Cancellations:

• Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the regular return policy applies. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above guidelines.
